My client are looking for a CRM Manager to come on board and carry out a plan/strategy to maximise the CRM potential and use across the organisation.

My client are a well known and very influential Professional Association based in London. Operating within the Not for Profit and Charities space, yet extremely forward-thinking and commercial in how they operate, my client are the thought-leader within their field.


Description

The successful CRM Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's CRM system.

The daily duties for this position will vary, but will mainly consist of booking journeys, user journeys, data segmentation, queries and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the daily management of said CRM is working as well as possible and is being utilised in the correct ways.

You will promote best practice policy, and push forward improvement projects with the aim of increasing the utility of the CRM system and the functionality and accuracy of the data held within it.

You will keep up to date with how the CRM system interacts with the other software systems internally, as well as ensuring the organisation/internal users are being efficient as possible.


Profile

The ideal CRM Manager will:

Demonstrate experience of working with CRM Systems within a professional environment.

Someone that understands best practice and how to approach internal stakeholders to adhere to said methods.

Somebody that is passionate about data, and segmentation.

Ideally have experience collecting, querying, segmenting and then the reporting of CRM data.



Able to assess and push-forward best use of the CRM system to fit business requirements

Managing the organisation's external relationship with theCRM software provider (Silverbear).

Improving CRM business processes for users.

Manage the smooth running of the annual membership renewals

Providing ongoing support and training to internal users when appropriate


Job Offer

This is a permanent position based in London and is paying between £30,000 and £35,000pa with a superb benefits package on top!
