- Direct, relevant experience of managing direct customer communications and loyalty programmes, ideally in an organisation with some concept of membership level, loyalty, customer tiering.
- Experience of running customer campaigns through physical and electronic means.
- Experience of agency management and budget control
- An up to date knowledge with latest Contact / Relationship / CRM thinking.
- An ability to demonstrate sound consumer-led thinking
