Carter Murray have partnered with a global Insurance brand.



This role will drive Customer Value Management activities across B2C and B2B audiences, based in fantastic central London offices.



You will

* Create and execute customer engagement activities and campaigns across all segments, with particular focus on retention of B2C direct customers
* Identify pain points and moments of delight within the customer's journey using data including surveys, NPS and research - and creation of plans to address/amplify
* Analyse data on customer value and development of propensity modelling
* Construction of a customer value management framework and strategy which is based on customer life time value and propensity to lapse
* Development and execution of retention toolkit including incentives and financial offers to retain customers to be targeted to specific customer groups depending on customer lifetime value
* Development of customer engagement strategy and journey, including development of communications, marketing materials and content for customers



Knowledge and Experience

* Customer retention or loyalty experience
* Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels;
* Clear communication and presentation skills;
* Solid analytical and numerical skills
* Experience of operating in a regulated industry is essential.
