My client is an international FTSE 50 finance and technology business. They touch 15 million consumers in the UK and many more around the world. We're looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle / Engagement and Retention expert, with a great track record either within financial services, or another regulated or service product.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting and agile business going through a large scale transformation, and the CRM team is very important to this transformation. As such, they are looking for someone who can work dynamically in a fast paced environment, focused on business growth - a modern marketer.

The team focuses on two areas, with one group focusing on customer's communications and the second group focusing on data infrastructure/integrations and operations. This role is managing the lifecycle marketing for CRM, owning the creation and implement of the strategy to manage customers through their lifecycle (onboarding, in life and retention), considering product migrations and commercial offerings.

For the right candidate, this represents an outstanding opportunity to join a well established, yet fast-growing business, with massive ambitions to grow over the next few years.
