The Interim Marketing Manager will be responsible for successfully managing the development and implementation of to promote services across the countries and regions of the UK. They will also be responsible for managing the organisation's national presence and profile across the health and care sector - in particular though its wide-ranging events and social media programmes and brand activities. They will also play an important role in contributing to the development of marketing strategy, as well as the management and delivery of annual marketing activity plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintain the organisation's presence and profile
* Manage the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Lead on and manage B2B annual brand moments
* Play a proactive role in supporting the development of marketing strategies
* Manage the development and implementation of individual marketing activities
* Manage the annual event programme
* Manage and build B2B social media presence
* Manage the development and implementation of regional marketing campaigns. This includes taking client briefs from internal and external stakeholders and partners
* Manage the development of B2B messaging and assets, ensuring these integrate with and compliment wider brand, marketing and PR activity.
* Manage the development and delivery of annual marketing plans.
* Working with marketing, creative, digital, social media and PR teams to develop annual marketing activity plans that meet strategic objectives and maximise reach and budget.

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong planning and project management skills
* Strong understanding of and ability to maximise different marketing channels, including social media, to achieve reach and impact with different target audiences
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands and pressures
* Excellent cross-team liaison skills and ability to flex communication style (written and presentation) as appropriate to the internal or external audienc
* Experience/understanding of the health and care sector
* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-faceted marketing campaigns
* Project management
* Influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Briefing and managing clients and suppliers
* Strong understanding of and ability to maximise different marketing channels, including social media, to achieve reach and impact with different target audiences
