Michael Page are currently partnered with a fast expanding Fintech company, based in Oxford. With a highly unique product offering and a very open market to develop, they are now recruiting for a Permanent Marketing & Events Executive.

Client Details

This client is an established Financial Technology business based near Oxford. With a strong customer base of Internationally recognised Financial institutions, they are investing heavily in developing their brand and customer centric Marketing in order to continue their upwards growth.


The Marketing & Events Executive role will be responsible for the below duties:

* Drive strategies and tactics to deliver efficient and scalable events to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support sales conversions

* Take total responsibility for achieving ambitious registration/attendance/follow-up goals for events including: webinars, seminars, breakfast meetings, product launches, and trade shows

* Analyse data to update industry news and other research projects.

* Liaise with design and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and produce collateral, managing the content, design, print and distribution process

* Pitch and presentation support: assist in the production of powerpoint and pdf presentations for clients and events

* Travel (20%-30%) for onsite event management.

* Conduct post-event evaluations/ROI analysis and share results/recommendations with the team.


The Marketing & Events Executive role will look for the below skills:

* A proven track record in relation to B2B Marketing (Ideally Software but they are open)
* Excellent experience in managing and organising events (Ideally across EMEA)
* An methodical and task orientated mindset
* Excellent Campaign Management experience and an associated ROI Mindset
* Ideally, based a commutable distance from Oxford

Job Offer

A basic salary of between £25,000 and £32,000, depending on experience
