NEW Internal Communications Manager role- 12 month FTC with leading Accountancy firm.

This Internal Communications Manager role sits within the Internal Communications team, part of the Corporate Communications department. The IC team works with the business in two ways: through multi-channel editorial, publishing and production; and by business partnering to provide communications and engagement expertise to key stakeholders and strategic projects.

This is a varied role demanding a flexible and adaptable approach. It would be preferable if the successful candidate has experience of internal and change communication to drive employee engagement, as well as crisis communications. They will combine the ability to give sound strategic communication advice to internal clients with the knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering.

This role will require the individual to work with senior members of the UK leadership team, including the Executive Committee and partners to deliver firm-wide and local communication and engagement initiatives, which are aligned to our vision and strategy.

This important role is focused on business partnering with the head of quality and risk and his leadership team, as well as supporting the markets and functions leadership across the UK.

The successful candidate will have the ability to combine strategic thinking with a demonstrable track record in successful implementation. You will have strong influencing skills and stakeholder management and able to cultivate and maintain good working relationships and manage demanding and challenging clients. You will also be able to provide critical feedback and handle sensitive issues when needed.
