NEW Community Manager with leading global law firm.

This global Law firm is seeking a Community Manager to join a Consultant Relations team. You will report into the head of the Consultant Relations team, this role will be responsible for delivering a creative and engaging community programme for consultants, lawyers as well as others considering

consultancy as their next career. Whilst the initial focus of the role will be London, the role will develop a platform and offer guidance and expertise globally.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, business development and community engagement experience, ideally gained in a professional and financial services environment.

The role will suit an individual who is collaborative, adaptable, enthusiastic and resilient.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Working with the Management team to establish and implement a consultant community strategy
* Day to day responsibility for effective delivery of the strategy with measurable outcomes
* Maintaining a rolling programme that is supportive and valuable to consultants
* Co-ordinating with the Alumni, training and know how, business development and events teams
* Networking and Community- Develop and deliver the tools, platforms, communications and events to forge a productive, supportive community and foster consultants' engagement
* Developing an online community of consultants, including assessing the use of social media, and developing the intranet in a way that would enhance consultant community engagement
* Facilitating consultant networking events that are not only supportive and appropriate to the consultant community but also to assist with thought leadership topics
* Talent' thought leadership programme including events, materials and publications.

Successful candidates will have experience of building communities and promoting engagement, including a track record of running successful programmes and events in a professional and financial services environment. You will have exceptional organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
