A maternity leaver in my client's team opens the door to a 12 month contract within an exciting FTSE 100 business. The successful candidate will be part of an established Communications team, taking responsibility for the production and delivery of all Investor Relations activity.

Description

Support all Investor Relations activities

* Start to finish process of the production of results and market announcements and presentations
* Production of copy, drafts, statements and presentations
* Liaise with finance and other teams to gather necessary information, supporting info and data
* Planning of roadshows, investor conferences and shareholder meetings
* Management of the Investor Relations contact management system
* Support on the drafting and production of my client's annual report and sustainability report

Manage relevant sections of the corporate website and intranet

* Project management of online reporting and regular review/update of relevant sections
* Management of all Investor Relations and Communications content on company intranet
* Work with external agency on digital content
* Prompt response to website enquiries

Provide wider support to the team

* Support on larger corporate events
* Support on external communications brochures
* Provide support on significant PR issues
* Support on crisis PR


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Prior IR experience or a strong understanding of IR within a PLC business
* An understanding of financial language
* Attention to detail, strong communication skills and Microsoft Office competency


Job Offer

Immediate start (candidates must have 4 wk notice max)
