Description

As the Internal Communications Manager for this leading Property company in London you will be responsible for executing all internal communication related activity, including the global intranet activity, events, team credentials and achievements, the promotion of the corporate message and general branding support.

Key responsibilities:



General

* Develop and execute the internal communications strategy
* Manage and support the development of the Internal Communications Executive & Assistant
* Prepare and implement strategic internal communications plans for the residential, commercial, business services divisions; recommend strategies, channels and tactics for increasing employee engagement and business activity
* Prepare copy of internal communications initiatives, including formalising tone and content for news stories, communication board, newsletters
* Manage the guidelines for internal communications
* Liaise with communication/marketing representative in the global company network to manage the process of global internal communications and information sharing
* Attend WIP meetings and pro-actively communicate opportunities between departments
* Oversee the management of internal and external creative agencies where applicable, ensuring effective briefing and delivery of items on time and in budget

Global intranet

* Manage the design and development of new Global intranet
* Oversee the training of relevant staff
* Oversee and sign off content for news stories on intranet

Corporate Comms

* Manage content, design and sign off process for the Global Factsheet
* Support Senior Partner and leadership team in internal communications as required
* Manage employee engagement surveys

CSR

* Support CSR activity, including the planning and production of relevant marketing, branding and communication requirements
* Oversee the update of the Building Foundations page and support the Internal Communications Assistant in driving traffic to the Building Foundation page

Internal events

* Manage the planning and execution of internal events, including the development of presentations if applicable


Profile

The successful Internal Communications Manager for this leading Property company in London you will have:



* The ideal candidate would be degree educated and have had both administrative and marketing or internal communications experience
* Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent knowledge of SharePoint software
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully work across a number of projects at one time
* Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, including senior level
* Flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team
* Pro-active, hands-on. Strong sense of self-motivation
* Strong sense of creativity and an eye for design
* Excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of digital channels (including social media) would be advantageous


Job Offer

£36,000 salary depending on experience and good benefits package on offer to the Internal Communications Manager.
