Your new role

* To strategise and manage the PPC accounts for LloydsPharmacy.com & Betterlifehealthcare.com and wider business led Paid campaigns. Responsible for the day to day running of these key accounts, carrying out changes, analysing and drawing insight from customer data, managing PPC budget and spend. Implementing techniques to maximise the campaign performance. Responsible for driving profitable revenue and results and delivering best practice techniques across each account
* To devise, implement and grow relationships with key affiliate publishers to drive profitable revenue (in line with business KPIs) for the LloydsPharmacy.com & Betterlifehealthcare.com affiliate networks. Responsible for identifying new and relevant publishers to each network, building friendly and trustworthy relationships with them, managing affiliate budget, devising and communicating key affiliate only offer offers, analyzing and drawing insight from internal and third party data (i.e. Affiliate Window), implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate profitability and increase return on ad spend
* Working in collaboration with internal teams and external agency for campaign activity to drive profitable revenue or leads/signups through retargeting or programmatic channels such as Conversant, Weve, RadiumOne, Audience2Media etc.

What you'll need to succeed

* Minimum 4 years experience and knowledge of managing and optimising PPC/Shopping/ Retargeting/Programmatic campaigns
* Experience and knowledge of managing and optimising Affiliate campaigns, including creating enticing offers, building strong relationships with affiliates and negotiating tenancy rates
* Current best practice paid channel optimisation strategies and techniques
* AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre (DC Storm, Optimizley, Coremetrics or similar an advantage)
* Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certified (Professional Qualification)
* Strong knowledge of using Affiliate 3rd party tools such as Affiliate Window & Tradedoubler
* Large scale budget management experience and experience of managing PPC and Affiliate campaigns simultaneously
* A good understanding of the complete digital marketing mix, particularly SEO, Email and Social Media.
