I am recruiting a Head of Digital Marketing for a premium and high profile hospitality business. This is a new role that sits as the number 2 to the Marketing Director with the objective of developing and leading the business's digital strategy across the portfolio of venues.

This is a completely integrated digital role and will include everything from reviewing and managing the digital marketing agencies, translating the brand experience online, working closely with aggregators and partners, improving ROI on performance marketing and developing the experience across all digital touchpoints.

You must be an experienced digital marketer with proven experience of developing digital product and driving improved digital metrics, which in this case is driving bookings. You must have a strong character, be happy to challenge and push back and be very ROI driven.

This is an entrepreneurial business and you must be agile, resilient and determined. Previous experience from a premium business is an advantage.
