NEW Client Solutions Manager with pioneering legal service provider.

If you are looking to work in a new, exciting environment at the forefront of an industry growing in an unprecedented way, this role could be for you. The Client Solutions Manager will play an integral role in growing the revenue from a pipeline of prospects and existing clients. Initially you will be responsible for a range of clients in all sectors, but over time they will work with you to help identify areas and client segments that you can own.

You need to be self-motivated to work in this firm and that you get a genuine buzz from winning new business and growing accounts and be interested in building long-term relationships and know that in-house legal teams will choose to work with the firm if you take that approach.

* Identifying a pipeline of target clients through research. Approaching GCs/Heads of Legal with a view to securing an opportunity to pitch the firm and how the team can help them.
* Preparing for and leading all client-facing meetings that you set up and supporting other client meetings alongside your colleagues.
* Following up with proposals and (on occasion) managing formal pitch requests such as preferred supplier RFPs. Keeping your pipeline warm through regular contact and relevant marketing.
* Representing the firm's interests at events and conferences.
* Day to day account management for existing client relationships - identifying growth opportunities within this client base / pitching new services and cross selling the international offering.
* Informing the overall approach to client management and sales based on what you learn from your client relationships.

Successful candidates will have previous Business Development/Sales experience and have a genuine interest in the changing legal market and in ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience throughout their dealings with the firm; as well as a curious personality and open mind to thrive, learn and engage in an entrepreneurial team and to find solutions to difficult problems.
