Head of Marketing - Top 50 Agency

A Head of Marketing is needed to join a friendly, top 50 integrated agency based in West London. Expect to take a leading role overseeing the strategic marketing plan for one of the UK's leading digital agencies.

Working with world renowned brands in Finance, Automotive and FMCG, this innovative, independent agency create stunning experiences (digital, sponsorship, promotions, social & events), which help leading brands stand out in their markets. Founded in the early 90's and with a turnover of approximately £12m, their vibrant offices are populated by a smart team of 120 who are passionate about producing great work.

Joining as the Head of Marketing you will work in conjunction with a business development director and a marketing executive to clearly articulate their service proposition, covering everything from brand and reputation support, growth, retaining clients and acquisition marketing. Whether you are managing their social channels; developing targeted campaigns; adding insight and value to client development; managing RFI's and RFP's or tailoring activities around service offerings, you will play a key leading role marketing their products and services for retained, acquired and growth opportunities.

To qualify. You should be a Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager / VP of Marketing / Marketing Director / Senior Marketing Manager or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience working in a similar senior marketing management role - covering agency and client side;
  • Experience of dealing direct with customers and a strong sympathy with client requirements and pressures;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), campaign management, project management, presentation and organisational skills;
  • An understanding of benefits of traditional and digital B2B marketing combined with strong commercial awareness;
  • A highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.
