This company is a professional services and investment management firm specialising in real estate. They help organisations around the world achieve their ambitions by owning, occupying and investing in real estate. This fortune 500 company are now looking to recruit a PR & Internal Communications Coordinator to join their facilities team who are based within a global technology company.

Your new role
This role supports the wider Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team by enabling them to understand the pulse of their global key client's employees across all sites and how their feedback can shape the short and long term strategy of the workplace. You will be responsible for a wide range or PR, Internal Communications and offering outstanding customer service. You will coordinator regular employee experience sessions, collate feedback, promote feedback to develop facilities through the use of creative channels and be the main point of contract for marketing and promotional activity on site. You will work with the internal comms team to coordinator a rolling program of events, support teams to promote new product launches and vendor initiatives on site. Additionally you will identify potential employee benefits opportunities with key providers and build relationships with local businesses to identify further potential discounts for employees.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a track record in customer service and will have worked in fast paced environments. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have had experience managing internal communications channels, PR activities and internal activities for staff. You will be able to demonstrate confidence when interacting with individuals at all levels of the business and have a professional, friendly and welcoming attitude. Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable.
