I've been retained exclusively to find a Marketing Campaigns Manager for my client to drive lead generation and awareness for their Eastern Africa region, based in London


Client Details

My client is a global telecommunications provider with services across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Their customer base includes many leading Technology, Telecommunications, Media, Government and Defence clients.


Description

The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing new integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and promotions to drive growth in Eastern Africa. Specifically they will be responsible for:



* Researching core markets to develop insights and messaging that is tailored to target segment

* Develop sales tools, including case studies, collateral and presentations, to support the sales effort

* Develop integrated campaigns delivered through traditional and digital media with clear and measurable ROI

* Build a database of quality contacts and leads

* Support regional Marketing Business Development teams in generating local marketing campaigns that generate quality leads from the Broadband, Carrier Services, Enterprise and Government sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa

* Support channel marketing efforts in acquiring key customers such as large telcos', ISPs and Integrators.

* Implement online marketing campaigns, including paid search and display campaigns, developing website content and working with web analytics packages

* Plan and contribute to the content calendar for use in awareness campaigns


Profile

The Marketing Campaigns Manager will have experience of working in high level telecommunications campaigns in Africa. Specifically they will be/have:



* Strong understanding of the B2B Telecommunications competitor landscape in Sub-Saharan Africa

* Degree calibre with demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing

* Experience managing and negotiating with third party suppliers, such as printers and design agencies

* Good creative judgement and copy writing skills

* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative way across multiple teams

* Highly analytical and have excellent attention to detail

* Implementing digital marketing in the enterprise and consumer sectors inc. Social Media, PPC, display advertising and affiliate programmes


Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonus + benefits dependent on suitability.
