This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join one of the best known fashion retailers in the UK.

With an expanding portfolio of stores and growing online proposition, our client have witnessed significant growth over the past 4 years. An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their talented management team.

The key responsibilities will include…

* Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives.
* Management of the digital marketing team covering email, content, social and paid media.
* Ensuring the brand are at the forefront of digital developments, adopting new technologies and practices.
* Collaboratively working with other departments to ensure a best in class customer experience.
* Consideration of multi-channel campaigns and activations to deliver optimal results.
* Manage 3rd party agencies to deliver efficient ways of working.

About You…

* Minimum 5 years' experience with a B2C ecommerce environment, ideally within the retail sector.
* Experience managing or developing digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Social, Display.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-departmental relationships
* Self-starter and problem solver
* Strong analytical and commercial skills

* Strong management experience, ensuring the ongoing development of the ecommerce team.
