Our client is a rapidly growing private equity backed leisure brand. The business has gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years and are now looking to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing to head up their marketing team for a period of 12 months.

This role is key to delivering business growth, the key remit of the role is to plan and manage multi channel marketing strategies to ensure the company maintains and grows its market position.

The business is embarking on a couple of exciting transformation projects around CRM, personalisation and digital as well as driving continuous improvements to the current marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience gained in data driven consumer marketing. You will have a strong track record in managing customer acquisition and retention campaigns as well as driving brand awareness and sales via digital channel.

You must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and be skilled in stakeholder management. You must be financially astute with strong analytic and commercial ability, and must have strong project planning and communication skills.
