They are looking for someone who can harness what they do and build a foundation of brand, message and planning to leverage within our marketing strategy.

They need someone who can think on their feet, and would love the challenge of a fast growth business as the company goes through an exciting transition into an omnichannel retailer.

Detailed Job Description

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Director in developing and executing the annual Multi-channel Marketing strategy. Using consumer insight and knowledge of market trends, they will create innovative commercially viable campaigns that engage with new customers and focus on driving brand awareness and traffic to sales channels. The Head of Marketing will deliver annual ATL and BTL campaigns, lead the marketing team and work closely with external agencies to create measurable campaigns. They will manage the annual marketing budget and will be responsible for reporting on marketing ROI to the board.

The Head of marketing will have excellent communications skills and will be able to project manage effectively, working closely with cross-functional teams within the business and champion the business strategy during this time of exciting transition  of the business into an omnichannel retailer.

Candidate's Profile

The successful Head of marketing will have:
