An exciting opportunity for a candidate with a FS Propositions background to lead a team with a global bank.

Client Details

A Global bank based in the Midlands.


Key accountabilities include:

* To execute product strategy in line with UK Wealth Propositions Business as Usual (BAU) responsibilities.

Specific responsibility is for:

A Direct Investing Product Management

B Performance Tracking

C Revenue Management

* Drive performance of UK Direct Wealth products.

* Oversight of regular product reviews .

* Drive development of products to address specific local (UK) market needs.

* Work across UK Wealth and Retail Banking Distribution to maximise penetration of the UK Wealth products and services across multiple customer segments.

* Drive long-term retail product growth & deliver against Return on Investment (ROI) objectives for existing products

* Ensuring that existing Propositions provide credible Products and Service Offerings to relevant UK customers and differing target customer segments.

* Managing planning and delivering Propositions service management across multiple key stakeholders


The successful candidate for the role of Platform oversight manager will have:

* Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of investment/wealth management knowledge.

* Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. investment, Wealth management, financial planning

* Experience of using relevant software packages.

* Relevant product knowledge .

* Role relevant qualifications, i.e.QCF Level 4 and Project Management Prince2 is desirable but not essential

* Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. risk manager within Wealth products and proposition is desirable but not essential

* Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers

* Proven experience of leading others and creating an environment that supports and inspires people to develop and deliver

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences

* A track record of making strategic business decisions, considering relevant risks, long term implications, commercial realities and stakeholders'' needs
