CRM Systems Manager role with expanding global law firm.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for the strategic positioning, maintenance and development of the CRM system and email marketing output of the BD&M function. You will also be involved with reporting and relevant essential CRM requirements to support business development and marketing initiatives together with the implementation and training of a CRM culture and system across the business.

As part of an expanding international firm, this role suits an individual who is passionate about the technical side of CRM, commercial in its application and personable in feeding back to the wider team. Ability to translate and communicate data in a dynamic and exciting format for key stakeholders and members of the BD team is critical to this role.

Strong relationship building skills and a proven ability to communicate are essential to this role. Not only able to communicate data and results, but effectively champion the CRM system and its wider uses within the firm.

* Day to day management of the structure, content and usability of the CRM system.
* Developing and implementing procedures and processes across the CRM system & Email Marketing, making sure that all data processes work efficiently
* Provide training sessions and material for users on procedures and 'best practice'. Become a leader and champion of CRM within the firm, educating those to its best possible uses, interactions and results.
* Strategic oversight of the evolution and improvement of the firm's CRM solution.
* Roll out activity reporting initiatives, providing support for the business development team, marketing activities and campaigns.

Successful candidates will have previous relevant experience in a CRM/Business Development role from either a law firm or professional services environment. You will have strong knowledge of databases and use to support business development initiatives is essential. You will also be passionate about CRM as a culture and its benefits.
