An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager in the FMCG and Consumer space. This opportunity, based in Berkshire, requires an immediately available candidate to deliver a 12 month FTC focusing on initiating the development of the brand strategy and devising marketing tactics to extend market share.

Client Details

An exciting and inviting client; this business focuses on top tier talent from an FMCG and/or Consumer background and will promise a fantastic commercial role with increased responsibility and a very recognisable product and brand portfolio. You will work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams; as well as with the local marketing teams to deliver creative assets to countries to support brand and category action plans.


The successful Brand Manager will join the business on a 12 Month FTC;

Contribute to the development of Brand Strategies.

Manage the relationship with licensors at a local level.

Develop marketing programs and tactics that can be implemented across the UK.

Help define A&P budget and execute the 4Ps.

Interact with the wider Brand Team on a day to day communication.

Work with local teams & licensors to identify opportunities for specific product development

* Strong negotiation skills and previous knowledge of a Consumer and/or FMCG environment

* The ability to manage agency relationships and design action plans that can be applied easily

* Be as creative as analytic; able to perform in a flexible and moving environment

* Possess solid financial and the ability to drive strong and collaborative relationships
