Major Global Client seeks a Senior Account Director specialising in CRM and Data - London, £60K-£65K
Working at this dynamic marketing agency on behalf of a major global client, you will play the key part in helping drive forward their loyalty programs.
This leading London marketing agency is looking for a strong and entrepreneurial Senior Account Director who has excellent data driven CRM experience. You will need to be a very good communicator who can inspire this global client, offer CRM and loyalty insight and deliver first class service.
You will be an integral part of the global account team working across strategy, campaign, data, insights and reporting
You will work on the client’s CRM and loyalty programme and continually optimise these communications through creative, targeting and channel to optimise and deliver value for the client
Senior Account Director – Skills and experience
- Substantial account management experience gained within an agency environment
- Excellent knowledge of data driven CRM
- Good understanding of eCRM
- Some loyalty experience would be beneficial
- A strong communicator
- Ideally have experience of global/regional accounts
- Be passionate about business with a relentless focus on delivering the best possible product
- Excellent management skills
