About the Role:
- Personalised digital marketing, content creation, media engagement, omnichannel marketing
- Leading and creating a team
- Generating profitable opportunities based on data and channels
- Creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across all channels
- Planning and buying into 3rd party channels
- Testing solutions and leveraging customer data and insights
- Identifying campaigns and initiatives for acquisition and retention
- Identifying new ways to engage with customers all over the world
- Being at the forefront of new innovations
- Creating an engaged audience and measuring success of campaigns
- Driving CRM, tagging, search and analytical requirements
- Working closely with the data and insights team to spot opportunities
- Experience in digital marketing for large brands/retailers with international presence
- Data based marketing experience
- Campaign and customer focused
- Success in acquiring and retaining customers online
- ROI focused
- Experience in managing and developing a team
