Detailed Job Description

In a competitive marketplace, ARU is seeking to drive a changed approach to customer acquisition, identifying new ways to engage with students and deliver unique experiences. The Associate Director Customer Acquisition will play an integral part of delivering on the University's new Corporate Plan to attract prospective students and drive brand loyalty.

Based out of either the Cambridge or Chelmsford campus, the Associate Director Customer Acquisition will develop and lead on the customer acquisition and loyalty strategy for the organisation, targeting undergraduate and postgraduate students from diverse backgrounds. You will develop and deliver a customer focussed strategy that reinforces ARU's distinction across a broad range of courses, providing incentive and benefits to students selecting ARU as an institution of choice.

Candidate's Profile
