Head of Digital, NSPCC
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the NSPCC's digital team, continuing our highly successful programme of digital transformation. After a period of significant development, the NSPCC is now in a sector leading position, with an award-winning digital estate and an expert team providing a high level of support to all parts of the organisation.
You will manage a mixed-discipline digital department, across content, production, digital marketing, income generation and project management providing a central hub of digital expertise to help the organisation grow its digital capacity and optimise it's digital investments. You'll work closely with senior managers to lead a programme of learning across the organisation, ensuring that our progress as a digitally capable organisation is accelerated and prioritised. And you will play a key role in shaping the NSPCC's strategic approach to digital as part of our new corporate strategy to 2021. You will need to develop strong relationships with Senior Managers and the Executive Board and will need highly developed leadership and communication skills. Vitally, you be a credible and established digital specialist.
We are looking for someone who has the confidence and determination to lead a major digital transformation project into a new phase, building on work to date. You'll have a track record of delivering high profile, high quality digital products and working in collaboration with others to achieve demanding performance targets. You'll have a passion for using technology to meet audience needs in the best way possible, and a commitment to continual improvement, testing and learning. You'll also be happy managing numerous priorities and will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.
