International Consumer Insight Manager
£75k + attractive package

This newly created senior position within a newly created team focusses on international consumer and market research for high heritage British snack food brands with masses of continued potential to grow in new markets.  Specific focus markets are Nigeria, India and China and experience of these particular markets would be advantageous.


  • Deliver the learning plan for priority markets and supporting the other markets on insights for assigned brand team.
  • Conduct research for the global marketing team and some markets of strategic importance.
  • Provide the business with the best consumer knowledge, presented in an insightful and engaging way which is appropriate to the circumstance. 
  • Manage internal relationships and stakeholders.

We are looking for:

  • Significant research experience in FMCG, ideally food or drink (agency or client side).
  • Experience of all stages of innovation development from opportunity identification through to launch ‘new to world’ and brand stretch innovation.
  • Experience of managing qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Up to date in the latest research techniques and industry thinking.
  • International and/or global experience is essential for this role.
  • Vendor management and partnership-building acumen.
  • Full fluency in working with remote teams and clients.
  • A collaborative approach to managing projects and stakeholders working in partnership with global and regional teams.
  • Pragmatism and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
