In this key role, you will be responsible for driving increased customer alignment and participation in Honeywell Aerospace Marketing, Communications and Sales programs for the purpose of highlighting customer value extraction from the Honeywell Aerospace portfolio.

Having demonstrated previous success in developing and managing customer reference programmes, you will have a self-directed, highly motivated and results driven approach. This, combined with sound business acumen and a good understanding of sales cycles across customer segments, will ensure your success in this role.

As Customer Reference Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with regional sales, marketing and business leadership to identify, recruit and retain customer references
- Developing, documenting and maintaining customer advocacy programmes in region; working with other regions to ensure consistency and best practice implementation
- Defining and implementing regional programmes to increase awareness and appreciation of their value to Honeywell Aerospace
