A well known Midlands based drinks business are seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. This well known business is steeped in heritage and has a large international reach. Operating within various channels, this fast paced company’s success is largely down to the calibre of individuals it employs throughout.
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing the business' flagship brand, acting as the internal champion. In addition to this, the BM will support the Senior Brand Manager on other portfolio brand, helping to identify new commercial opportunities within the portfolio. The This role will work closely with key internal departments such as Insight, Customer Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and Production to ensure all commercial objectives are met.
You will be an experienced FMCG marketer with a broad understanding of consumer drivers and brand equity development. Excellent influencing skills, particularly with internal stakeholders are essential for this role, as are good attention to detail and a desire to 'make things happen'. You will be a highly commercial individual and be able to use data to create relevant consumer, channel & category insights. Enthusiasm and passion to learn and achieve are key personal criteria for success within this business.
