We’re only four years old and have come from twenty-five employees to almost seven hundred across eleven UK locations.
At Aldermore we value expertise. Our Corporate Affairs team needs your marketing flair and vision to build our brand and reputation and manage leading creative agencies to produce work on brand and on budget. It’s a high profile role with a huge influence on our business. You’ll be implementing the brand strategy, vision and roll-out across all distribution channels and audiences, enforcing visual identity and brand guidelines, and embedding brand values into everything that we do. It’s not all for public consumption, either. You will drive our brand identity throughout our premises, internal communications, hospitality, events and sponsorships, and you will measure its impact through market research. You will be as visible, personally, as our brand and the career prospects will be exceptional.
Atmosphere – great, dynamic – yes, varied day – but of course. To succeed in this fast moving, driven environment, you will need a proven track record in classic brand management, preferably within the financial services industry, including the delivery of cross-channel integrated campaigns from concept to completion. Experienced in above and below the line activities, as well as market research, you must be able to paint a compelling vision of the future and engage everyone in its realisation. An articulate communicator, strong negotiator and effective influencer of people and issues, you must have excellent networking skills and a history of achieving business results through branding.
