An exciting opportunity to take on a critical communications role in one of the leading management companies in the West End.
The Heart of London Business Alliance is the brand for the partnership company that manages an area of the West End of London from Leicester Square to Piccadilly.
The Company is a combination of two Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) - Leicester Square to Piccadilly Circus; and Piccadilly & St James’s - plus investment from property owners within the area. It has been operating since 2001, has an annual turnover of around £2m and has a team of 21 staff.
This exciting role will lead the consumer marketing for the company including the two consumer websites; the social media account; the member privilege scheme; consumer facing campaigns; and the destination marketing strategy. The role will work directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications and alongside a similar role focused on business communications.
The successful candidate should have at least five years experience of working in marketing and communications and will have a proven track record of online, social media, e-communications and database management. Previous Business Improvement District experience is not essential.
