At Manchester United, we put on the best show in world football and Old Trafford entertains like no other sporting arena. The Ticketing Marketing team help attract 76,000 supporters to witness world class football week after week by the achievement of our ticket sales.
You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of multiple ticketing marketing plans through integrated campaign management and the delivery of first class marketing campaigns to drive sell out of match by match fixtures across all competitions, as well as Season Ticket sales. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, in managing the implementation of match day communications, outbound eNewsletters and web stories and by liaising with sales teams and internal stakeholders. Using your innovative ideas, you will fulfil marketing demands with the delivery of marketing briefs to tight timescales, by using your strong organisational skills, knowledge and understanding of creative and media agency processes and media planning, as well as multi-channel marketing both offline and online.
You will have previous a marketing related qualification and/or be CIM qualified with knowledge of online marketing, PPC and SEO and marketing experience gained within a fast paced, high pressured and target led environment, ideally from a sales led industry. Experience gained within a sporting, venue or retail environment is also highly desirable.
