Sovereign are one of the largest and most active home developers of all housing associations in the UK, ranking second for pipeline developments. With £250m investment to build more than 3,600 new affordable homes over the next three years, we’re currently working on around 125 schemes. These vary greatly in size, location and complexity, from small rural developments to large-scale urban schemes with hundreds of units.
In order to meet the growing needs of our organisation we have a fantastic new opportunity to join our team as Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing and working closely with our Development and Home Ownership functions, you will manage your team to oversee the development of home ownership marketing communications, monitoring all activities to ensure effectiveness and return of investment. You will develop the annual home ownership marketing plan and manage the design and execution of a range both print and digital communications to ensure they are fit for purpose and have the intended impact.
This is a crucial role that will ensure that the Sovereign brand is recognised as a market leader and that all marketing activities establish Sovereign’s reputation as innovative and customer focused.
The successful candidate will have a strong marketing background, which includes digital media, and have proven delivery of successful and innovative marketing campaigns to a diverse audience, be a strong, customer focused communicator and will use their knowledge and experience to design and deliver a forward thinking, commercially savvy multi-media marketing plan.
Due to the travel requirements of this role, a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
