Royal London recognises that there are many people who are not in the advised market that will benefit from having access to this new range of basic financial products.
Reporting to the CEO for the Consumer Division, the Head of Marketing Promotions will establish and manage a team to design and deliver Royal London’s consumer promotion strategy for multiple propositions across multiple channels, whilst innovating and creating new channels  to key target customer segments.
The Consumer Division is a start-up environment operating within a complex established business requiring the ability to build commercial momentum and profitable growth.

Key skills and experience:
•    Multi-channel consumer marketing promotion expertise to ensure optimal marketing mix
•    Proven, in-depth knowledge and experience of integrated multi-channel marketing techniques and tools, including both traditional and digital media
•    Proven understanding of consumer market dynamics and consumer behaviour
•    Proven experience of a start-up business and environment

This role would potentially suit senior marketing professionals from a broad range of industries but with a clear strength in consumer marketing.
