An exciting, unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate, seasoned, skilled account manager who wants to use their skills to make a difference and save lives.
You’ll be leading a team of account managers and executives within the RNLI’s internal marketing services department to deliver innovative, multichannel campaigns and products helping to deliver marketing objectives that will include the acquisition and retention of financial supporters and behavior changing safety awareness campaigns.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing account management professional with a strong background either within an agency, charity or commercial sector and significant multichannel direct marketing experience across both retention and acquisition campaigns across the channel mix – having a working knowledge of print but substantial expertise in managing projects using digital channels.
You’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to really understand how to engage and influence our audiences. In the delivery you’ll work with creative services managers, including designers and editors and production team. Most importantly, you’ll lead and manage the team of account managers and executives to deliver a best-in-class in-house marketing services function on behalf of our cross organisational clients.
Naturally, you will be a passionate and influential communicator and your customer focus will lead you to approach matching customer wants with business propositions and adding value through interrogating and challenging customer briefs to produce unique supporter experiences. Whilst also ensuring the commercial viability of all projects remain in line with the business requirements.
You’ll also be experienced in managing a team of account managers and executives and be confident in articulating constructive feedback and sharing your knowledge and experience to build a best in class team.
