As Head of Marketing you will take responsibility for a team who develop, create and implement the full-mix marketing plan. Using an array of agencies and brand partners you will devise a strategy to keep this brand at the forefront of consumers awareness, driving activity through the classic ATL channels (TV, press etc.) and utilising POS, Catalogue and BTL.

This is a traditional comms orientated role with a multi-million pound budget and a real willingness to invest in the brand to stimulate awareness and sales in-store. For a current retail marketer this is an amazing opportunity to join a growing business with huge ambitions for the future.

To succeed in this superb role you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong retail marketing experience
  • Extensive full-mix comms skills, including TV advertising, POS and Catalogue
  • People management experience
  • Creative yet action-orientated
  • Driven and passionate about retail
  • Resilient character able to get the job done
