A brilliant role for an excellent marketing talent looking for a more senior role in an established and well respected company, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Marketing Manager or Client Services Manager to take responsibility for exciting Marketing and Communications campaigns
Key aspects to this exciting role will be to carry out market research, manage department budgets and to drive PR & advertising strategies.
Key tasks to include:
-Develop and implement the Strategic Marketing plan with the Director of Marketing
-Conceptualise, develop and implement successful B2B market propositions and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products that contribute effectively to the company and division`s strategic aims and objectives. Communicate these across multiple channels including online, print, presentations and social media
-Use audience measurement tools to enable relevant audience networks to be launched and to feed into the strategic development plan for developing products that reach desired target audiences
-Plan and implement appropriate research to support and give insight into the product and audience
-Translate research findings into meaningful go-to-market messages
-Promotion through marketing initiatives, events management, networking and business development
-Effective targeting of marketing material and advertising, identification of potential changes in service delivery mix, etc.
-Ensure that all marketing and communications activity is in line with approved plans and budgets, including reviewing the monthly results and agree action plans
-Assisting with promotional events
-Managing /updating website content and managing other on-line/digital marketing tools, in conjunction with outside agencies as required
Key Skills & Attributes:
*Have a successful track record in marketing/sales
*Experience of developing/delivering on marketing plans to meet identified objectives
*Analytical skills are second to none, plus have a proactive attitude and an ability to plan and prioritise work to meet agreed objectives
*Be proficient in the use of IT and related technology
*Have good inter-personal skills, particularly an ability to maintain effective professional relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels
