  • To develop, lead and manage online marketing communications and activity plan

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing plan to support the digital sales and service objectives

  • Drive online brand awareness and ensure maximum efficiency of digital marketing budgets, reach of voice, and traffic to the digital websites (core website, micro-sites, mobile) in order to drive online sales and self-service conversions, ongoing customer communication and upsell. .

  • Define the online marketing strategy for the organisation with the aim of delivering cutting edge innovative channels - ie; mobile apps / online forums / chat rooms

  • Performance maximisation and return on investment.

  • Review the performance of all sites and campaign reporting, and make weekly recommendations to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed to deliver target ROI. .

  • Drive online marketing activity best practice across the organisation.

  • Implement and manage new online innovations and influence the senior management team on the latest online initiatives.

  • Manage a programme of change to deliver an increase in overall digital presence.

Our client are very open on sector background however it's vital that any relevant candidate has significant digital marketing experience across all core activities and is happy to work in a role that's both strategic and "hand's on".
