Reporting into the CEO and focusing on UK and international markets, the role will require both a strategic hands-on approach in order to fulfil the ambitious growth plans of the business. Reporting to you will be a Head of Marketing and Head of Admissions (sales) who are themselves jointly managing circa 25 staff. Primarily a B2C role, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious growth targets for quality students through existing and new channels while ensuring optimal and affordable cost per enrolment (CPE). You will achieve this by ensuring commercially focussed relationships with external marketing agencies and through ensuring an optimal and effective sales conversion process. RDI is planning to launch a new online university brand in 2013 and you will lead this strategic development.

- Have managed multiple agency relationships
- Have experience of dales conversion processes
- BE passionate about joining a busniess with ambitious growth plans
