The International Marketing team encompasses both Twinings and Ovaltine brands and is a multidisciplinary team brought together to inspire innovation and marketing excellence programmes. We work across functions and all over the globe from Central Europe, North America, Australia, Thailand, China, Italy, Brazil to the UK.
Reporting to the Innovation Director, this role provides a unique opportunity to help shape our long term innovation strategy, facilitate best practice across markets and develop programmes to build leading edge marketing capability. It offers a chance to build in-depth innovation expertise, look outside at best practice, build international experience and hone your influencing skills. Working closely with Marketing Directors, Function Heads and GM’s all around the world, you will have the flexibility to shape and lead a team in a decentralised environment and bring thought leadership to Innovation and Marketing Excellence projects.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG marketer with strong strategic thinking ability, robust insight capability and a track record of successful Innovation and Marketing Communications development. You’ll have experience of working in an international matrix and be comfortable in a role with a strong need for influencing and relationship building.
